Address and confidentiality line are fixed too, so they cannot drift between one person's signature and the next.

Copy pastes the formatted signature straight into a mail client. The .htm file is for Outlook on Windows, which reads signatures from a folder.

How to install it
Apple Mail (Mac)
Click Copy — Apple Mail. In Mail: Settings → Signatures → “+” → paste into the box, and untick “Always match my default message font” at the bottom — with it ticked, Mail throws the formatting away. Dark mode works: the block is an image, so Mail’s inversion cannot touch it.
iPhone
Nothing to paste. With the same Apple ID and iCloud → Mail switched on on both devices, the Mac signature appears on the phone by itself. Do not paste on the phone — iOS strips the formatting.
Gmail
Click Copy — Outlook / Gmail, then Settings → General → Signature → paste.
Outlook (Windows)
New Outlook (no File tab): gear icon → Accounts → Signatures → New → paste from Copy — Outlook / Gmail. Classic Outlook (has a File tab): File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste from the same button — or, for a logo that is attached rather than linked, use the .htm with its logo folder: create any signature once so the folder exists, press Win + R, type %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Signatures, drop GELEN-signature.htm and the GELEN-signature_files folder in side by side, and pick it under Signatures.
Apple Mail file (optional)
Only if you want the stylesheet itself in Mail rather than relying on its own inversion. Quit Mail, put the file in ~/Library/Mail/V10/MailData/Signatures/ (the V number varies), make it read-only with chmod 444 so Mail cannot rewrite it, open Mail. Not needed for the design to work.

Gmail & Outlook — no dark-mode stylesheet. Gmail shows the base design in both modes; classic Outlook for Windows inverts the panel itself in dark mode, the block stays charcoal

Every pane is pinned, so this shows the same thing whatever your own machine is set to. The block stays charcoal in both modes, so the wordmark is never swapped for a second image.
